Behavioural Interventions

There are instances when behaviours between staff and employees can lead to situations which are difficult for leadership to deal with, and if not stopped immediately could have severe consequences. 

This session addresses individual employees and their behaviour towards one another revolving around a specific incident(s) that has had a negative impact on the workplace and coworkers.

            Workshop Objectives:

  • Ensure both employees understand the impact their own behaviour has in the workplace.
  • Ensure both understand their responsibility as professionals within the workplace
  • Ensure both have a clear understanding of corporate expectations and consequences.
  • Create an action plan of how to work together on organizational objectives with professional and accountable behaviour, independent of one another.
